Sales Executive We are expanding and seeking suitably qualified candidates to join our team as Sales Executive, reporting to our Sales Manager, to serve more customers and to grow our business. Applicants should have some technical knowledge in professional video production equipment and systems. Relevant industry experience, such as videography, audio visual or broadcast engineering would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities * To develop and solicit sales from new customers and new markets * Provide excellent customer service to retain satisfied and happy customers * Professionally engage clients in the buying process so as to consistently meet or exceed personal and company sales quota * Prepare/ submit quotations and proposals to clients and diligently follow up with the opportunity and conversion process * To maintain cordial and long lasting relationships with our customers.

Requirements * Meticulous and tactful; able to present and communicate with different levels of people, including senior management * Result oriented, self-driven and able to work with minimum or no supervision * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with related sales experience and proven track record will have an advantage. * Keen interest and knowledge in professional video, sound and lighting equipment is also an added advantage

Relevant industry experience in video production would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage tasks and projects and meet deadlines * Motivated team player with positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work * Proficient in handling professional video camera and related hardware and software * Proficient in using test equipment, wiring/cabling works, including soldering * Derive satisfaction in solving problems for customers

Responsibilities * Set up and conduct product demonstrations * Propose technical solutions that meet our customer’s requirements * Provide technical support to our sales team and customers * Engage clients with problem solving responses via support tickets, e-mail, and phone * Identify and escalate urgent or recurring issues to higher teams

Preferred Qualifications * Diploma in Audio Visual Technology or equivalent * ITE Certificate in Digital Audio Video Production or equivalent * Class 3 driving license with clean driving record * Fresh graduates from polytechnics or technical colleges are welcome to apply!
